Wai Yin's Tai Chi Demonstration
The elders from Wai Yin Women's Society in Manchester give a Tai Chi demonstration at Chorlton Good Neighbours on April 1st 2012. They even managed to get some in the audience to join in with them
As a local Tai Chi teacher I enjoyed watching people of all ages enjoying Tai Chi - The classes I run are for a younger age group but it's good to see that we'll still be fit as we get older :-) Thanks for posting this and if anyone would like details of the classes I run in Chorlton, please get in touch 07525377605
